Fannie Mae, the U.S. home funding company, is planning to issue new three-year benchmark notes, Reuters reports. The size of the issue is yet to be determined.
The joint deal managers to the deal will be Banc of America Securities, Barclays Capital and JP Morgan. The deal will be co-managed by Goldman Sachs, MFR Securities, Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities.
