On Monday, 6 October, 2008, Institutional Investor Awards proudly presented the 4th Annual Global Derivatives and European Securitization Awards to honor the people, companies and deals that stood out for their accomplishments in the global derivatives market and the European securitization market during the challenging past year.
The dinner hosted nearly 160 leaders from across both industries for a night of recognition and networking, and was held in conjunction with Information Management Network and the European Securitisation Forum's 2nd Annual European CLOs, Structured Credit Products and Credit Derivatives Summit, 6-7 October, 2008.
Fifteen awards were presented by the editors and reporters of Derivatives Week and Total Securitization and more than £5,000 was raised for Sparks (SPort Aiding medical Research for KidS), a charity which funds pioneering medical research that has a positive, practical impact on the lives of children.
